Brad Pitt has requested a new revision in the custody case for his children
The actor divorced Angelina Jolie surprisingly after years of marriage
“Brangelina” was one of Hollywood’s most famous couples,
Together they have 3 biological children and 3 adopted children.
After a wonderful wedding surrounded by all their children, everything seemed to be going alright for the couple.
However, the divorce news broke in 2016 and no one could believe that.
Moreover, the trial case for the custody of the then 6 underage children became a huge mess.
The first news we had was that Angelina had filed for custody of all 6 kids,
Leaving Brad with visitations rights only.
Still, Pitt has fought to gain shared custody of the children,
Back in May 2021, he won joint custody in the first instance.

Angelina then stroke back, as her legal team appealed in the California appeals court.
Stating that the judge who gave that win to Brad Pitt was judge John Ouderkirk,
Who officiated their wedding and knew Brad personally.
Alleging that, for these reasons, the judge failed to
"Disclose multiple professional, business, and financial relationships, ongoing during the course of the matter, with Pitt's counsel and their law firms."
That brings us to today, in which Brad has asked, once again, for a revision on the case.
His legal team states that:
"After more than four years of contentious litigation, every day of which has harmed the children and their father, an important and considered custody decision will be entirely undone as a result of an administrative error that is wholly unrelated to the merits of the custody dispute itself."
According to the actor’s legal team, Angelina knew about the involvement of Judge Ouderkirk
And his professional relationship with Brad does not affect his capability of making legal decisions.
