Our beloved Ed Sheeran has joined with Colombian reggaeton singer and rapper J Balvin, for a double single,
titled "Sigue / Forever My Love" both having music videos, and both becoming instant hits on YouTube and Spotify,
with 8 millions and 7 millions respectively on YouTube, with just one week after the release.
In this new feature, that released this passed Friday, March 25th, in the song 'Sigue' we can hear Ed Sheeran singing in
nothing but Spanish. Not the first time, since he already did it on his song with Camila Cabello, with a couple of bar,
but hearing him for a full 2 minutes speaking nothing but Spanish sure is interesting, especially having him explore
with reggaeton for the first time, with Tainy's amazing production.
And for the second song, 'Forever My Love' we have more of a ballad, this time in english, so a refreshing project
for sure this one they did, with different genres and languages for each, and probably an album is in the work,
but we don't have a date nor a title yet.
Is always great seeing British artists explore new genres, collaborate with talent across the world and keep learning
new things, instead of doing the same thing over and over again. Exploring makes it easier for them
to find their sound, so let's hope that collaboration like these keep coming, maybe we will see Adele next, featuring
on Bad Bunny's Album, or something unexpected like that.
