Taylor Swift has announced a '1989' world tour in 2015 which will see her headline a gig at London's Hyde Park.
The 24-year-old singer is the first act announced for the Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park 2015 gigs at the iconic London landmark on June 27, and the blonde beauty has admitted she is "so excited" about returning to the capital for another performance.
In a video message to announce the gig, Taylor said: "London! Hey, it's Taylor. I'm so excited to come play for you on Saturday 27th of June at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park.
"I'm so excited, I can't wait! And I love the idea of playing outdoors at Hyde Park for all your beautiful faces. So start brushing up on your dance moves and get ready for one crazy party! If rehearsing is not your thing, then you can just make the moves up as you go.
"See what I did? The pun with the whole lyric? Anyway, I hope that you come to the show even after this incredibly awkward message. Bye!"
Taylor will follow in the footsteps of the likes of The Rolling Stones, Black Sabbath, Lionel Richie and Sir Tom Jones to take to the Great Oak Stage for a special summer performance.
The 'Out of the Woods' hitmaker's Hyde Park gig is part of her '1989' world tour, announced today (03.11.14), which will see her travel to eight countries and four continents, North America, Europe, Australia and Asia, starting with a performance in her native US in Louisiana on May 20.
Vance Joy will be her main support during the North American leg of her tour and singer/songwriter Shawn Mendes will also lend his support to the singing sensation for her North American stadium dates.
The star will start the UK leg of her tour in Glasgow, Scotland on June 23 before heading to Manchester on June 24 and then Hyde Park on June 27.
Taylor - whose fifth studio album '1989' topped iTunes' sales charts in 95 countries on its release - will return to the US to conclude her '1989' tour in Tampa, Florida, on October 31.
It means the star will not have much of a rest after she only finished touring her fourth studio album 'Red' in June following an 85-date run of gigs that saw her span four continents and perform five sold out shows at London's The O2.
Barclaycard pre-sale tickets for Taylor's Hyde Park gig will be available from 9:30am on Tuesday (04.11.14) at www.barclaycard.co.uk/entertainment and tickets are on general sale from 9am next Monday (10.11.14).
Tickets for Taylor's Glasgow and Manchester shows will go on-sale to the general public at 9:30am on Friday (07.11.14) via AXS.com and Ticketmaster.co.uk.
