Starring British actor Leo Woodall (One Day) and Quintessa Swindell (Master Gardener), 'Prime Target' is one of the first releases by Apple TV+ this 2025, a thriller limited series premering next week on January 22nd.
Apple is always delivering high quality productions and top tier writing, according to critics and audiences, and with Severance season 2 coming out on the 17, it's the perfect time to put other new productions in the spotlight while the conversation is about them, and 'Prime Target' is a promising new title with big names behind it, like Ridley Scott, who is producing the miniseries.
Steve Thompson is behind the script, known for his work in TV Shows like 'Sherlock', 'Doctor Who' and 'Vienna Blood', and this time we're gonna be following Edward Brook (Woodall) as an ambitious mathematics student who is working on a way to enter every computer in the world.
Everything goes sideways quickly for Edward, when he finds out he has become the main attraction for a lot of people trying to get his work. The government is trying to erase it to avoid chaos, while bad people want to get the key that would give them access to everything they might need on the digital world.
If you like thrillers and need something to watch on Wednesdays, make sure to tune 'Prime Target' on Apple TV+.
