The third installment for the beloved franchise, 'Paddington in Peru' has been out for the United Kingdom for a little over two weeks now, and that was more than enough to gross $30.8 million on the Box Office.
We don't have the details about the budget for the film yet, but if it stayed close to the first two, 'Paddington in Peru' is in track to be a success for the studio once it's worlwide release time. And as far as we know, the movie will be opening in the United States on January 2025, and February for others territories like France.
It might seem a little far between them, but we'll have to trust the distributors and the fact that our favorite bear has a strong enough fanbase that wouldn't want to miss this heartwarming and family friendly experience on their closest theater.
Ben Whishaw as iconic as he is for the role, of course, is reprising his role as Paddington in the third movie, and so is most of the previous cast, but Sally Hawkins is not coming back to reprise her role as Mary Brown and instead Emily Mortimer was cast for the role.
With some new names joining this time as well, like Oscar winner Olivia Colman and Oscar nominee Antonio Banderas in roles that you'll have to find out watching the film, if you don't want any spoilers (we know you don't).
If you haven't yet, remember the movie is currently screening in the United Kingdom, so you can go cry, laugh and have a great time with your friends and family, and who knows, maybe even learn a new life lesson or two.
