After countless years away from music, Britney Spear is finally back with a new song. It is a collaboration with the British Elton John and the tittle is 'Hold Me Closer'. Unfortunately, the song did not make it to its official release date as it was out in a pirated way. Although the song was supposedly ready, the artist Britney decided to wait a little longer to fine-tune all the details of the song. However, this only caused fans to get upset and listen to the version of the song that was already available, in other words, the leaked version. This was the fans' way of telling Britney to release the original version.
But not all fans reacted this way. A campaign not to listen to the pirated version was what the fans did so that people respect the original work of the artists. "If you think you've waited 13 years and a little more to hear Britney Spear's first song through an illegal way, you won't be." Wrote one of her fans on twitter. "Fake fans leaking 'Hold Me Closer' makes me angry" wrote another fan upset about the pirated version of the song that you can find on social media.
On the other hand, there were obviously a lot of fans who couldn't resist the wait and listened to the version of the song already available. Many of them say that Britney's comeback is coming in style and has been worth the wait all these years.
Britney Spears' collaboration with the British Elton John was a brilliant idea by both of them, since both artists have a great amount of hits for many years, and in fact, the collaboration is a remix of the original song of the British.
