The highly anticipated new episode of the popular saga Starwars had its world premiere in Hollywood. Stars of the first film , Harrison Ford , Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher as well as some newcomers like John Boyega and Daisy Ridley attended .
In the Chinese Theatre , the same place where the first episode of the series premiered in 1977 , hundreds of fans waited for Luke Skywalker , Princess Leia or C3P0 . The red carpet witnessed the arrival of the cast and directors George Lucas and JJ Abrams , the latter responsible for ' The awakening of force ' .
The plot of the film is kept in total secrecy and the media may not publish reviews until Wednesday.
The world premiere will be on December 18 simultaneously so next Friday , the force of Star Wars will accompany the premiere of the latest espisodie of the saga in theaters of UK.
