Solana Imani Rowe, known professionally as SZA, has released a new music album. After five years, SZA has finally released new music and fans are very grateful for the news. Her last studio album was Ctrl, which features amazing songs and collaborations. In fact, it is considered one of the best albums in the 'R&B' music genre. One of the best known songs on the album is 'Love Galore feat. Travis Scott' and 'Doves in the Wind feat. Kendrick Lamar'. But the artist also has other great collaborations such as 'All the stars' song used in the credits of Black Panther and 'Kiss Me More' with Doja Cat.
So, SZA's latest for her fans is 'SOS' her most recent and in fact, best album. Tied with Rosalía's MOTOMAMI on Metacritic (a portal that collects reviews from specialized media) SZA's SOS is, for now, the best album of the year according to critics. In total there are 23 songs with a duration of 1 hour and 8 minutes. Despite the large number of songs, this album only features collaborations with Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, Travis Scott and Ol' Dirty Bastard.
This last collaboration was perhaps the most striking. However, it's not so surprising considering that SZA is a big fan of Wu-Tang Clan and that her name is inspired by RZA, a member of the group that the late Ol' Dirty Bastard was a part of. After enchanting the world with Ctrl, now the singer hopes to be in charge of taking the music industry by storm with this work, which was scheduled for the summer but was delayed. So, there is no doubt that she is coming back stronger and more impressive than before.
