Yesterday, Bob Saget was found dead.
His body was found lifeless in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, Florida.
In fact, the night before he had given a performance of his stand-up and live music tour.
The cause of death is unknown at this time, but police found no traces of drugs or any type of artifact.
His death prompted many celebrities, such as Pete Davidson, to pay tribute to him.
Pete was very close to Bob, and his death was very hard on him.
In a note shared via Instagram by writer and comedian Dave Sirus, Davidson called
Saget "one of the nicest men on the planet."
He continued, "When I was younger and several times throughout our friendship he helped me through some
rough mental health stuff.
He stayed on the phone with my mom for hours trying to help in any way he can - connecting us with doctors
and new things we can try. He would check in on me and make sure I was okay."
Finally, Pete Davidson, who some time ago was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, thanked Bob
for his friendship and sent his condolences to the family.
"I love you Bob it was an honor to know you. Thank you for your kindness and friendship. My condolences to the Family."
In addition, others who have paid tribute to Saget include Gilbert Gottfried and several Full House co-stars, including
John Stamos, Candace Cameron Bure, and Mary-Kate, and Ashley Olsen.
"He was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live and
bringing people of all kinds together with laughter…." wrote the actor's family in a statement.
