Playboy model Dani Mathers Charged with CRIME for Nude Gym photo incident

Playboy playmate Dani Mathers, who was recently involved in scandal for sharing on social media a picture of a naked woman she secretly took at an L.A. gym, has been charged with the crime of Invasion of Privacy, TMZ reports…

Mathers not only shared the picture without permission, but shamed the woman by tagging the pic with the text: "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

The victim was found by LAPD after no little effort, and she was for having Dani prosecuted.

The L.A. City Attorney has charged the playmate, and If convicted, she could face 6 months in Jail.

Tom Mesereau, Dani’s attorney has told TMZ, "I’m disappointed that she was charged with any type of violation. She never intentionally violated anyone’s privacy and never tried to break the law at any time."
