Rafael Linares filed a lawsuit at the Los Angeles Superior Court against Kim Kardashian West for a car crash in 2014, and is seeking unspecified damages from the Reality Star.
The incident took place on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills, los Angeles, when his vehicle collided with Kim’s Mercedes.
Rafael would be claiming “loss of income past and future medical expenses, and cost of car repairs in his court documents. The papers reportedly say that he "sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort, and physical disability" to him.
Rafael also claims since the incident he has been “deprived of earnings”.
Sources close to Kim told TMZ website that damage was minimal and Kim considered Rafael was OK at the time of the accident.
