The legendary director Steven Spielberg is back on the big screens this 2026 with 'Disclosure', his comeback to science fiction after 'Ready Player One'.
The film, so far, has a very small cast and it's starring British actors Emily Blunt, Josh O'Connor and Colin Firth alongside Irish actress Eve Hewson and American actors Coleman Domingo an Wyatt Russell. All incredibly talented actors with a busy schedule, specially with Coleman Domingo who is a nominee for Best Actor in a Leading Role at the 2025 Academy Awards.
Spielberg is directing and producing 'Disclosure' trough his production company Amblin Entertainment while the screenplay, although is based on an original story by Spielberg, is David Koepp's writing work, who was another one of his scripts currently in theaters 'Presence' (2024), and 'Jurassic World Rebirth' coming out soon.
This is not the first team up of Spielberg and Koepp, and the previous results have been nothing but great, so we can expect that this come back of Spielberg to UFO's and Aliens will live up to his name. The details about the plot are not open to the public just yet, and filming just started in the United States, expected to last all summer.
Some of the locations we know about include New York and New Jersey, but we just have to sit and wait until the first official photos from the set and the actors drop by Universal Pictures, who is taking care of the distribution worldwide, with a release date for June 12, 2026.
