Millionaire socialite Paris Hilton is already a mother. The 41-year-old businesswoman has welcomed her first child through her Instagram account where she shared an image in which she takes the picture of her newborn son. "You are already loved beyond words," she wrote in the caption of her photo. "It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other, we are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy." She shared the new mother and her husband with People magazine.
It came as a surprise to many that Paris Hilton did not have the baby on her own, and in fact, had it through a surrogate. However, Paris has made it clear that she loves her son very much no matter what. On the other hand, her becoming a mother was not a surprise. The model long ago shared her desire to become a mother as soon as she met her current husband Carter Reum.
"We started going and doing it like a few months later because the world was closed. We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, 'This is the perfect time. I'm usually on a plane 250 days a year, and we're going to have all the eggs stored and ready,' and we have tons of them waiting," she recounted after beginning the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Paris' marriage began not long ago. The businesswoman married Carter Reum in the gardens of the Hilton family mansion in Bel-Air (Los Angeles) that belonged to her late grandfather Barron Hilton, in November 2021.
