The MET Gala has come back after a year off thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Resembling old Hollywood glamour, especially on stars Marilyn Monroe and Grace Kelly.
On the other hand, the actor Timotheé Chalamet opted for a more classic and simple look,
Sporting a white tuxedo, sweatpants, and a pair of converse.
The other co-hosts were tennis player Naomi Osaka, wearing a Louis Vuitton design,
And Amanda Gorman, who appeared in a re-interpretation of the Statue of Liberty,
A design by Vera Wang featured more than 3,000 hand-sewn crystals.
The gala celebrated American fashion, designers, and political and social events
That has influenced American fashion in history.
“The main one was the fact that the American fashion community has been supporting us for 75 years, really since the beginning of the Costume Institute, so I wanted to acknowledge its support, and also to celebrate and reflect upon American fashion,”
Andrew Bolton, the curator in charge of the Costume Institute:
Many celebrities attended the red carpet, which was smaller than usual, again, because of the pandemic
