After making his name known with his successful stint on the 2017 ITV2 series, Chris continued to carry out projects on television, especially reality shows such as Chris & Kem: Straight Outta Love Island and Chris and Olivia: Crackin' On, where he was able to reunite with his former fellows from the Island.
Hughes also participated in a BBC documentary named 'Me, My Brother, and Our Balls' alongside his brother Ben, which focused on looking into the ins and outs of male fertility with a humorous touch. However, Chris will now give a huge step in his career by participating in a very well-known film as it is Rise of the Footsoldier, along with some pretty big names.
The model and tv presenter will appear on the fifth title of the saga, titled Rise of the Footsoldier: Origins, where top actors such as Vinnie Jones and Keith Allen will provide the film a distinctive touch.
The film will follow how three men united to form their own football hooligan gang in Essex back in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and Hughes will be starring a football fan with recurrent appearances, not an unknown role for the former footballer.
