Chowder follows an aspiring young chef named Chowder and his day-to-day adventures as an apprentice in Mung Daal's catering company. Although he means well, Chowder often finds himself in predicaments due to his perpetual appetite and his nature as a scatterbrain.
He is also pestered by Panini, the apprentice of Mung's rival Endive, who wants Chowder to be her boyfriend, which he abhors.
Burple Nurples: When Chowder unknowingly fills a dish with poison, Mung must spend an action-packed day keeping the tainted food away from the citizens of Marzipan City. Shnitzel Makes a Deposit: Payday is always Shnitzel's favorite day. But it becomes the worst day of his life when he's forced to take Chowder along to the bank.
The Froggy Apple Crumple Thumpkin: If Chowder can survive making a very complicated dish, he's on his way to becoming a chef. But the last step may be the one that finally breaks him./Chowder's Girlfriend: When Panini sets her love-struck eyes on Chowder, he tries every trick he can think of to convince her that he's not her boyfriend.

Certifrycation Class: When Mung is forced to spend the day in chef certifrycation school, he butts heads with the instructor. Mung must decide whether to stay true to his instincts or swallow his pride in order to pass. Sing Beans: In order to cook the performing food Sing Beans, the gang has to stay up all night as the dish cooks. But Chowder takes it upon himself to finish the process with wildly musical results.
The Wrong Address: During a seemingly normal delivery, Chowder's gut instincts lead him and Mung on a non-stop adventure through a strange and unfamiliar part of town./The Wrong Customer: An unexpected outlaw unwittingly turns the catering company into his hideout dragging Shnitzel and Truffles into a world of trouble.
Mahjongg Night: Chowder learns messing with Truffles' game night means certain doom. But he's willing to risk it all for a taste of the mevilled eggs she's serving. Stinky Love: When Kimchi whisks one of Mung's smelliest dishes away to a romantic setting atop the catering company, Chowder stands up for his pet, even if it means going against Mung's wishes.
The Thrice Cream Man: Mung cooks up a way to break his thrice cream obsession, a living Thrice Cream Man! But after a day of over-indulgent fun, Chowder's dream friend turns out to be a nightmare. Flibber-Flabber: Truffles puts the whole company on a diet where they eat nothing but stinky, gelatinous Flibber-Flabber. It's a battle of wills to see if she can lose weight before the rest of them lose their minds.
Gazpacho Stands Up: Chowder gives Gazpacho a hand in preparing for his big comedy debut. But Chowder's poor penmanship threatens to turn the situation from funny to failure. A Taste of Marzipan: When Mung and Ms. Endive unveil the same dish at Marzipan City's biggest food fair, it's an all out war to decide whose is better.
The Puckerberry Overlords: When a powerfully sour berry sends Chowder on a strange journey into his own mouth, he finds himself on a mission to save his beloved taste buds from some very tart invaders. The Elemelons: When Truffles' short temper causes Mung's fruit creatures to stop producing juice, he locks her in the garden with an ultimatum: Either she makes friends with them or she never gets out.
Sniffleball: Feeling Chowder's been spending too much time in the kitchen, Mung forces him to play sports with the other kids. Beset by Panini's kisses and Gorgonzola's taunts, Chowder has to figure out a way to escape the game and get back home. Mung on the Rocks: Truffles gives Mung the cold shoulder after he forgets their 450th wedding anniversary. With Mung too sad to even cook anymore, Chowder must take action to bring the two lovebirds back together.
The Heavy Sleeper: When Chowder accidentally puts Mung into a deep sleep, he and Shnitzel must race across town to find a cure before Truffles finds out what they've done. The Moldy Touch: Chowder thinks he's finally become helpful when he discovers a secret, magic spice. But it's really a mischievous mold pixie who plans to use Chowder to spoil everything!
At Your Service: In order to get a rare fruit from Ms. Endive, Mung and Chowder become her servants for the day. It's a grueling test of wills as the two try to survive an onslaught of humiliation, back-breaking work and Panini's kisses. Chowder and Mr. Fugu: When Mung's best customer enlists Chowder to be his valet for the day, Chowder soon realizes he's met the one person who can eat more than him. And worse, he doesn't like to share.
The Vacation: Chowder, Mung and Shnitzel just want to spend a nice day at the beach. But when they all get trapped in the bathroom, it becomes a race to escape before Chowder explodes from having to go number one./The Sleep Eater: When Chowder knocks his internal clock out of whack, he becomes an unstoppable sleep eater! Now in order to return himself to normal, he must stay up all night without eating, a task that is easier said than done for the hungriest kid in Marzipan City.
The Bruised Bluenana: When Panini decides an injured bluenana is their baby, she uses it an excuse to stay close to Chowder. So to free himself, Chowder begins a desperate quest to nurse it back to health. Shnitzel and the Lead Farfel: Shnitzel's rock-hard body goes marshmallow soft. To regain his strength, he must train until he can lift the heaviest object in the city, the dreaded lead farfel!
The Thousand Pound Cake: Chowder and Shnitzel have to deliver an extremely heavy order to the top of a mountain-sized giant. The two must brave dangers, the elements, and most importantly, the clock! The Rat Sandwich: When Reuben extorts the catering company, the gang have to figure out a way to make him leave before he drives all of them crazy.
Chowder Loses His Hat: When Chowder accidentally loses his hat, he goes on a wild chase to get it back. Brain Grub: Mung attempts to curb Chowder's constant scatterbrained behavior. But when Mung makes him too smart, it could spell disaster for the kitchen!
Shnitzel quits Mung's Catering Company for good and goes to work for their rival, Endive. But he soon discovers that his old friends mean more to him than he realized.
The Broken Part: Mung sends Chowder to buy a replacement part for a broken machine but Chowder's forgetful nature makes it nearly impossible task./The Meach Harvest: To make a dish, Mung must confront the ghosts of his past and fight the most dreaded of all fruits: the Meach!
Banned from the Stand: After an argument with Mung leaves him drunk with power, Gazpacho must choose between being right or winning back his friends. Creme Puff Hands: Chowder becomes unusually useful after his hand accidentally becomes inflated. But when that usefulness starts turning dangerous, Mung is forced to take matters into his own inflated hand.
When Chowder and Gorgonzola are unwillingly paired up at the annual Apprentice Games competition, they discover their opposing personalities lead to a winning formula.
