Gledis Cinque made her film debut in Mira Nair's 2004 feature Vanity Fair.

After this first experience, she continued studying acting gaining a diploma at Centro Studi Teatro Carcano in Milan in 2007 and attending various courses at RADA, NYFA (LA) and Stella Adler Studio of Acting (NYC).

She also trained as a dancer and in stage fighting. She is from Italy, lived in UK in her teenage years and she also lived in NY and Paris. In 2008 a major Italian weekly magazine named her one of the most promising young Italian actresses.

She performed in several features, short movies, TV shows and music videos with supporting and leading roles.

Her first leading roles are in the films "Miriam - Il Diario" by Monica Castiglioni, and "The Rule Of Lead" by Giacomo Arrigoni, both released in 2014.

In 2018 she resumed her role as the lead in Ischidados, an original production by Chunk Collective.

She also played the part of Irene Pivetti, an iconic Italian politician from the '90s, in the TV series 1994, the sequel of 1992 and 1993, directed by Giuseppe Gagliardi and produced by Wildside and Sky Atlantic Italia.

Gledis co-founded the theatre company PaT - Passi Teatrali based in Milan.

She graduated a MSc in Economics and Management for Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment at Università Bocconi (Milan) with a First Class Honours. IMDb Mini Biography By: admin
